Yes, worth the money. The Vaginal Insert option is, in my opinion, one of the best decisions I made about this doll. After the amount of effort, it takes to clean just a Torso doll, the Insert is a godsend. Very pleased, and I would recommend it to anyone. Cleaning the doll is quite a simple procedure, just a little time-consuming. Made all the simpler, however, without having to worry about bodily fluids getting into the main unit.
